What is Judo?

Judo is a Japanese martial art practiced by over 40 million people globally.

The sport was founded by Jigoro Kano in 1882 and has been an Olympic sport since 1964.

What do you do in Judo?

Judo is a grappling sport, much like BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) and Wrestling.

There are 4 ways to win in Judo:

1.) Throw your opponent onto their back

2.) Pinning your opponent on the ground for 20 seconds

3.) Armlocking opponent (14+ years only)

4.) Strangling opponent (14+ years only)
